Shipping policy

Every bandana is printed to order just for your pup, so please allow time for production plus delivery.

Production time: Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days (our print partner's average is 2–5 business days; during busy seasons it can take longer).

US delivery (Standard): about 3–4 business days after your order ships. Most US orders arrive within 5–11 business days of ordering.

Express shipping (US), if offered at checkout: about 1–3 business days after your order ships. Express speeds up delivery, not printing.

Canada and international: usually 5–20 business days after your order ships. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping cost: shown at checkout. US orders of $40 or more ship free.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items: Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders: Please check our homepage banner for holiday "order-by" dates. We post them each November based on our print partner's guidance. Orders placed after the cutoff may not arrive in time.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We can't change an address once production starts, and packages returned for an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered but you can't find it, email us at puppypawsandpatterns@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
